One Four-Storey Building on the Beachfront Plot

Trussardi Residences, Mira Ocean Estates occupies a low-rise building of four levels, ground plus three, inside a master plan of 28 buildings. Its position on the plot sets the sand of the Arabian Sea on one side and the community's water canal on the other, with the beach club, the central swimming pool and the 130-key hotel reachable on foot from the entrance. As the first collection released, the building becomes the earliest branded address on this stretch of the Dhofar coast.
